Eligibility for Reward: The reward is available to any individual, American citizen or not, who provides verifiable information that becomes the primary basis for the prosecution and conviction of an individual or entity of interfering with the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election.
Reward Amount: Whistleblowers may receive a reward of up to $50,000, contingent upon the importance and impact of the information provided, and the outcome of the prosecution, conviction, and sentences. A more explicit schedule will be provided in the coming week, and this is subject to change by the Board of the American Rights Alliance.
Confidentiality and Protection: The American Rights Alliance and its attorneys are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all whistleblower reports to the extent possible, and whistleblowers are encouraged to come forward under First Amendment protections without fear of retaliation.
Information Submission: All information must be submitted to the American Rights Alliance through secure and designated reporting channels, such as our website. Submissions should include detailed, verifiable evidence supporting the claims of election interference.
Review and Decision: The decision to pay any reward, as well as the amount of the reward, is solely at the discretion of the American Rights Alliance, based on the strength, reliability, and relevance of the information provided.
The amount of the reward is subject to the availability of funds and the outcome of convictions. The American Rights Alliance retains the exclusive right to determine both the decision to pay a reward and the amount awarded. With this said, serious felonies which result in convictions would be the category for the highest reward, provided that the reported information is not already known or provided by another whistleblower. In the event that more than one whistleblower should report the same activity, the American Rights Alliance will decide whether the reward should be on a first come first serve bases or on a basis of sharing or both.
